- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion running.

- This offer allows the recipient to receive a free basic eye test (does not include OCT scan) andbasic single vision spectacles uncoated from the 49 range of glasses. Any additional requirementsor needs a customer may have will be charged to the customer.

- This offer cannot be exchanged for any monetary value.- Eyecare Express will not be held responsible in the event of the spectacles or lenses becomingdamaged. No free replacement spectacles or lenses will be given in this case.

- This offer is available from the hours of 10am to 2pm every Thursday and is on a "first booked, firstserved" basis. Eyecare Express will not be held responsible in the event of a fully booked clinic.

- This offer may change at any time, and this is entirely at the discretion of the Directors.

- This offer is based on good faith. Eyecare Express has the full right to reject a customer withoutgiving any explanation or reason.

- This offer can only be used for customers who are due an eye test according to NHS guidelines.
